All food is freshly prepared in-house using as far as possible ecological and locally sourced ingredients.

We offer anti-inflammatory cooking, creating gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free recipes inspired by Ayurveda, macrobiotic, Mallorcan, and French cuisines.

We offer plant-based and vegan meals, tailored for food intolerances and allergies. All dishes are made in-house with organic, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients, reflecting values of sustainability, authenticity, and balance.
